To provide new communities for people to work, live and play while maintaining a balance of habitat for all of God's creations.

"We start with the land which is like a blank canvas - only the artist has the vision in the beginning.  Sometimes it takes years before you ever really see the painting you set out to create.  Over time, the project becomes apparent to others."

Creating a Vision

Just as a director selects the cast and production crew to make a blockbuster motion picture, Scott Woodward brings together a unique team of people depending on the scope of the project.  Each project has its own set of disciplines and requires bringing together the right set of people who compliment each other's talents.  Overhead costs are kept down as a result of using outside consultants specifically suited for each project.

Building Communities

Consensus building within the local community is the key component in land development.  There are so many stakeholders in land development today - local residents, government municipalities, State and Federal agencies.  Every project needs to give back to the community which will enrich the quality of life for those that are most affected.
